Practical Information
- Session Logistics: The initial session is in-office for a comprehensive evaluation, while subsequent sessions can be in-office or virtual.
- Customized Tutoring Plan: Every session, lasting an hour, focuses on the student's individualized plan for effective learning.
- Flexible Availability: We offer afternoon and weekend hours for convenience.
- Family Involvement: Families may engage in review work between sessions to reinforce progress.
- Additional Services Available: In addition to tutoring, we offer counseling, psycho-educational, and behavioral assessment services for a comprehensive approach to support.
Policies
- Payment Policy: Payment is required at the start of each session for seamless service.
- Session Cost: Priced at $170, potentially covered by insurance, this session establishes the personalized tutoring plan, subsequent sessions are available at $40 each.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit card payments for your convenience.
- Supplementary Materials: All necessary materials are provided, streamlining the learning process.
- Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Kindly provide a minimum 24-hour notice for changes. Failure to do so results in the session being marked as a "no show," with the family responsible for the fee.
